Eymet square

Situated right in the heart of the picturesque Bastide town of Eymet.  The
square is one of the most well preserved in the region and features stone
archways, a cobbled surface and beautiful 12/13th century buildings.
Ideal for those who wish to go off exploring during the day and stay in
town in the evening.  Within walking distance of the cafes, bars
and restaurants.  Public swimming pool.

Lounge, office, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), bathroom (with
WC, shower and sink), 1 additional reception room, second lounge,
additional WC and separate bathroom.  On two levels.  Street parking.

Lounge and double bedroom overlook the medieval square.

Games.  Books.  Television with Free-to-view UK channels. CD player.

Kitchen facilities include oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.  There
is a launderette in the town within walking distance.

Bed linen and towels, electricity, gas, water and visitor's tax included
in the price for short-term lets from the beginning of Mar to the end of Sep.

Beginning of Mar to the end of Sept-120 euros per night, min 3 nights, or
450 euros per week (Bed linen/towels incl.)

Beginning of Oct to the end of Feb -600 euros per month plus bills.  No
linen or towels.

Payment in advance by cheque or Paypal.
A 240 euros damages deposit is requested and will be refunded within 3 days of departure by Paypal and
one week by cheque (subject to the post) .Payment in sterling also accepted.

Important dates for your diary:

The annual Medieval festival takes place in the square and you will have the best
view of all - 8 August, 2010

The White wine and oyster fair takes place in the square - 15 August 2010

Bastille day celebrations by the river -July 14

* Market day is Thursday
* Night markets take place every Tuesday from June to September.  Enjoy
the best views from the lounge window.
